So I got a new routine lately, every sunday I make these cute raw bites. They are made with natural ingredients only and make me resist the unhealthy snacks during the week. They are small but perfect for those little hungers and superduper easy to take with you on the go. Here's the recipe (very easy), let me know if you've tried them out!
What you will need:
- 200 gr pitted dates
- 100 gr oatmeal
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 75 ml coffee or water
- Grind the pitted dates and oatmeal so it becomes a paste.
- Mix this paste with the cocoa powder and half of the coffee/water. Let it mix and pour the other half of coffee/water in the mixture.
- Roll little balls with the mixture and roll them in coconut flakes.
- That's it! I recommend you to store them in the refrigerator.
